The bite had collapsed as the upper teeth are behind the lower teeth. The lower teeth had flared out causing big spaces. Some upper teeth were missing and had shifted. Many of the upper teeth were badly decayed. This patient felt that her smile was offensive.

The lower teeth were treated with orthodontics to close the spaces. All of the upper teeth were completely restored with porcelain crowns and a porcelain bridge.
