Porcelain Bridges

Porcelain Bridges are a replacement for missing teeth that is fixed. In this case, "fixed" means that it is not removable.

Porcelain bridges are made with a metal core and the porcelain is fused to the metal for a natural look. They are very durable and predictable and last a long time. Your natural teeth hold the bridge into position.

Occasionally you can break the porcelain off of the metal. The porcelain bridge is easily replaced as long as there is not any decay under the old bridge.

Porcelain bridges are not permanent and should be replaced as needed.
